So I had Epsom Salts last night, and was up about 5X within 1hr of drinking it .
I expected to see even the smallest change on the scale this morning...Nada.   My scale remained the same as it has been for the past 6 days down to the ounce.
I am beginning to think is stuck, or maybe I am
I should also consider my sleep, or lack of it, which is now approx. 3-4 hrs/night lately

I really should have done more research before purchasing Raspberry Ketones.   The more I read, the more I realize I made a major faux pas.

To get the best results from this supplement, a low fat diet is required. They are suggesting a 1200 cal diet, along with things like low fat milk and cheese.

Here I am trying to get away from high carbs, and this is exactly what they are recommending

Money down the drain. I will just have to struggle through until the next 'Miracle Pill' surfaces ..   NOT !!!

Yes, I burp Raspberry flavor.
I did not go low fat-high carb. It's against my better judgment.
My scale finally moved. It's not broken or stuck
It went up 0.7 ounces

I need to get Cheese out of my life.
For the past 3 nights, I find myself munching on Cheese . I am talking 4-5 ounces
That's a lot of calories.

I am all off whatever plan today

I started off with Cheese, and continued to have cup after cup of Coffee with Heavy Cream.   Then I could not get enough Pork Chops with butter.

I felt no shame.

I indulged, and over indulged.

I am being a bit more moderate with my eating today.

Can't stop the Coffee with cream though

Stopped food tracking on Fatsecret. I have a better feel for portions.

Need to put down the Coffee cup and pick up the water bottle,   but it's a bit cool and overcast today.

Feeling schlumpy and want to stay in bed with the Remote

Feeling a little rebellious today.    
Made some Italian peasant food. Whole Grain Penne with Tomatoes, Garlic, Anchovies, and Capers.   EVOO and Butter.
It was delicious, but with that came a strong case of the guilts.

I am nutritionally lost

It is 1:15p PST, and I have not yet eaten anything.

Not hungry, not thirsty.

I don't want my Brain to think it's in starvation mode.

What does one do when he/she is not hungry

After a few days of not eating mindfully, I am back on the wagon.

Still have not gone back to tracking on Fatsecret, don't want to be too dependent on something that may not always available to me.

Have not done any exercise yet, but seriously thinking about it.
