ohhh umm, i prefer skillet or grill. 

but because of laziness it'll be either skillet or oven. probably oven if i have to do it..

The best steaks I've cooked require both.

Pan sear then finished in the oven.remove from its juices and let it rest for three minutes.

Mine are medium rare to medium

i do exactly what jones does. 
on the pan, and then under the stove. 
let it rest. 

it depends how im feeling, how i'll make it. but i've accepted that blood isn't bad. lol
but i can make a perfect well done steak that is still juicy.

but as i kept eating it, it got better.
