The bus !! but apparently she bringing a suitcase to catch a flight after class.... I hate this sh*t, cause she don't ever think things through...she ain't neva got a plan or if she do its some dumb sh*t like this...which aint no plan...

No not a dumb question lol. Sit crossed legged comfortably, close your eyes and clear your mind of everything. (It's hard to keep your mind from wandering, But don't force it. If a thought comes, just let it fade slowly instead of forcing out of your mind). Focus on your breath. Breath deeply, and slowly through your nose.

I'm behind on x-factor. i didnt watch last weeks episodes yet. and i doubt i will watch the new the voice tonight I'm too tired.. if i do anything aside from laying down with my laptop in bed, it'll be some of the work I'm behind on..
