I actually did take pics I was gonna send my friend, but theyre really unattractive so naw.
But PK, although you probably don't have MDD, you might really be able to benefit from therapy. I do encourage you to get some. Your school probably offers it for free. If you're not comfortable with that and you have insurance, you can go anywhere
Or there may be some other programs or support groups.

Books? Not if you get one that specifically deals with what you're dealing with.
And with therapy, it's not generic, it's individualized (or it's supposed to be at least). Or A support group would have people who are dealing with the same things as you.
Not sure if you're a Christian, but if so, there are some good motivational books out there that can help to improve your outlook on life (assuming you're not seriously depressed)

If yall are always just kind of feeling down, but don't meet the extreme criteria for MDD, you might want to look into Dysthymic disorder/dysthymia or Cyclothymic disorder/Cyclothymia if you have have mood swings (sometimes depressed, sometimes up)
