When I was young, I had read this word for years and even knew what it meant, but never knew I was pronouncing it (in my head, fortunately) the wrong way until one day I heard someone say it.

lol yea, "racket" like... a tennis racket. but weve been saying it for yearssssss, exact same meaning as ratchet. i remember i said it on here years ago and ppl were like wtf..
i said, "she'd get scraped" and ppl were like "wtf is this girl from...? scraped?" so ive kinda just learned.. that most of our lingo is not said around the country..
but ratchet blew up.
