Omegas are good for skin, cholesterol, and cognitive health (mainly dha) it can be great for neurotransmitters and help your mood too.
It has other good uses that I can't think of right now.
Some ppl say it helps with stomach fat (especially coconut oil)

I tried eating coconut oil.. wasn't a fan. I used to sprinkle flax seed on some foods, but I think I'll try the capsules to make sh*t easier. Ahh yes it was during a convo about cholesterol. My bad cholesterol levels are great (I knew not being a meat lover would come in handy one day)... but my HDL (good cholesterol) levels are a little low.

But I just read fish oil doesnt help with that, then I read it may. Oh well, I'll use it for a healthy glow and see what else happens

You think Family Dollar vitamins are okay? Theyre only like 2-3 bucks a bottle   LOL I have some MV from there but they leave a funny after taste so I dont take them. Kinda like sunflower seeds  Dead

mmm Sunflower seeds. I'm not sure, check out some reviews for their vitamins. I've heard quality does differ from vendor to vendor. Like I swear Target brand Vitamin C is better than Walmart, but of course I really have no idea. I usually buy whatever is cheapest lol

I love gummy vitamins LOL.. get you some gummy MVs from Walmart of Target and you'll never forget to take them!
