Hmm I'm not sure. My multi vitamins have 200 % of the daily value.. but I'm not sure how much they recommend for reducing the likelihood of seasonal affective disorder. I'll check around when I get home

I did see on Dr. Oz the other day she said to use supplements rather than sun or food.

ohhh LOl.. well it depends what you're trying to do! Growing hair for example, a lot of people take biotin in addition to their MV, or for energy people might take a b12 or b complex in addition to the MV.

And then of course people take other stuff that doesnt come in a MV. I have a million vitamins.. now, do I take them all is the question LOL. I try to take my vitamin C daily

I'm gonna get me some fish oil soon too. My friend said it gave his skin a healthy glow, and my mother said its good for something I forgot
