i was doing like 200 pounds i think but im strong.. i always do that much. i just didnt warm up and idk i guess i moved wrong somehow.. very dumb move

send first lb then ill follow

Damn coco... 200 on the abductor? is that one you push outwards or inwards? either way.. hell naw

The only leg one I do heavy weights on is the seated leg press.. and I was really just trying to beat my friend and ended up pushing the whole stack (490), but i would neverrr do it on a regular basis and up my knees
