LOL I think the gubment will give a social security check for any damn thing though lmao. Seems like majority of them be because of ish like the kid supposedly has asthma or ADHD or something. Even though, not even being funny, seems like quite a few of them do genuinely seem like they probably have something wrong with them developmentally (aka they come off as slow or like they parents ain't keeping them up to speed with what they should be learning at their age)

A lot of kids in the projects back home get checks for their asthma bc they built those homes right above the naval ship yard and the pollution is really bad.
