After doing that voice thing I realize (again) that I have a really horrible voice. I have a gap and it adds a little whisper to my s's. How do people even talk to me?

Drinking alcohol while fasting is probably not a good idea but it was needed.....Ill pay for it in the AM because its hitting hard and fast.

I'm about to make one on an empty stomach too... but youve still just been doing water?

Yep.... mostly water i have had some chicken broth as well but not much. Right now Im drinking a hurricane on ice. Its fruity and delicious... but yeah its hitting me like im a rookie

Niecy hey! Lol GK, my friend came to visit last weekend, so I abruptly stopped my fasting and went for dinner. Had 2 drinks before the food came and I felt lovely.. UNTIL all of a sudden after the meal, I got a hot flash and had to run to the bathroom Thought I was gonna vomit, but just broke out in a cold sweat. It passed in like 5 mins and I was fine  Lemme know how you feel after

I do feel sick when I start eating regular food.... I've learned to gradually ease into it but I aint the most patient when it comes to eating I think the first day I have a full day of solid food Imma be staying close to the bathroom with a bucket as well just in case.
