I feel like the biggest self esteem killer for me is that every goal I set for myself, I fall just a little under. No matter how hard I work, my best isn't good enough.

I bought these little b12 sublingual things from Wal-Mart. I havent reached a verdict on them.. but I bet there are some that are way better

I almost just had an embarrassing disaster

I had to pee really bad so I was standing with my legs crossed like I'm 5.. I decided to get a drink first. I started choking violently on the drink. While I was dying, I was so afraid I would pee on myself
