Dead As much as I love tattoos I think it's ratchet as hell when females get tattoos across the top of their chest.

 you should get l'oreal hicolor hilight for dark hair. It takes dark hair to red without bleaching. Ive used it and loved the color but it bleeds when u wash it... but its good for temp look change.

You can get bright rihanna red or a nice burgundy as well.
 
It bleeds each time you wash it? Is it a rinse? Then tends to happen with some rinses.
 
I don't want to go Rihanna red, but a nice burgandy or clay red would be nice.

there was one doc in Mexico Ive been looking at and there was another I think in cali that some members have gone to see. He had some good stuff done but I wasnt head hills impressed with his work.
