well make sure everything is in working order
like the water heater, ac, plumbing, roof all of that
in older houses I feel like you never really know what you are getting
not saying that doesn't happen with brand new homes
we had a 30 move in check and will have a year check, they will fix everything that messes up for free (of course it they won't pay for you backing into your own garage door or anything like that)

I don't think I'd buy a house that's too old though. I think it's just for reasons of me being scary as heck though not because of having to worry about that stuff lol |
it helps if you have a mate who likes fixing up stuff. my dh does. he just finished our bathroom. |
I think that's part of the reason I'd rather buy an already built home instead of having a home built. Being on websites like tumblr and pintrest has me fixated on doing DIY projects whenever I do get my own house.

I want to buy a juicer. I'd probably buy a cheap one though since it seems like most of them things are expensive and I don't think I'd juice often enough to buy an extravagant juicer.

You curlin' the hair? I started to try the boil method on this hair I have to see if I could achieve Teyana Taylor type kinky curls but I got aggravated trying to put the rollers in the hair lol | Yeah. Idk I just did a test strip. Not sure if I want curly or straight. But I need to give my hair a break from heat. Sooo

Didn't you try curly hair before and you didn't like it though? Or were you gonna rock a closure with it or something

Thanks for reminding me PR, I saw some wet n wavy type hair on aliexpress that I wanted but I don't want to spend money on it. I wonder how small I'd have to plait the hair I already have to boil it and achieve a wet n wavy look.
