ive had it once but it was a low dosage. i didnt really feel anything..
yea, oil of oregano tastes just like oregano (very strong) in an oil.. but its not that bad to me.
they have it in softgel too but this one will absorb better
you should google it.. especially p73 wild mediterranean oil of oregano
its a natural antibacterial (took it while i had strep, didnt feel bad), anti microbial, anti-fungal, and its loaded with antioxidants and minerals too i think.
it has other benefits
grapefruit seed extract is really good too like oil of oregano.. i need to get some of that tomorrow

coco have you had oxycontin? When I used to work at this assisted living home, this lady used to take 4 at a time! She was a G , she had some pretty terrible cancer in her leg
