Cant take fish oil!!

A lot of people take biotin for their hair, but it's also supposed to be good for skin.. BUT a lot of people who take high doses for their hair end up getting break-outs on their face!

They say you can combat that by drinking a lot of water, or taking a b-complex along with it. I have a whole bottle of biotin but still havent started taking it. smh

Girl I'd love me some gummies but they are so expensive. I rather spend 5 bucks and get about 100 pills than 5 bucks and 15 of them even though they're cuter  Cry

Flax seeds are supposed to be good for skin, or coco said Coconut oil (if you're ok with the taste)

You can get some nicely ground flax seed at Vitamin shoppe. It doesnt have a weird taste or anything, and sprinkle it on any food.

Oh Royal jelly is supposed to be good for you skin too!. I have some of those pills as well. LOL

Someone was just telling me they made toast with coconut oil on it and that it was good  LOL

I use to have some but I used it on my skin and I liked it. Ill have to try it again

I wanted to make another jar of whipped shea butter with it too

LOL I feel ya. MVs are usually just too big for me. I realized I always end up avoiding big pills cause I gag.. so now I either only buy pills that are small,  gummys or gels.. but never big chalky horse pills

The ones I got from Walmart were like $5 for 70.. 35 day supply.. but if you have no problem taking yours, then yeah save the money

I drink a lot of coffee...thats probably why my skin looks tired. But I try to balance it out with water. Usually 4-8 cups

I need to start exfoliating too. I try to stay on regimens with vitamins and taking care of my skin but then I get lazy   Sleepy

I wonder if theres a vitamin for appetite increase
