I finally realize why my econ classes seem like they try to put every simple thing in really confusing terms/equations. It's because they don't really care about the derivation of the equation, they just want to memorize how to do it. I cannot learn math that way. I have to know what Im doing a why, don't just tell me to plug it in and go. What happens if the question is rephrased a little?
Im taking 2 stat classes one with the econ department and one with the math. They do binomial distribution completely different ways. The math course focuses on what the question is asking and having an intuitive understanding, so that once you do, you can figure out/ derive the equation/ steps on your own.. But my econ class will tell you to know its binomial distribution... now plug it into this equation: aefdvnvvefovhvfesuvnviiwee/q43u4fn c904 ffkadfv
