i need to stretch.  i want to be out by 6 but we all know how that's going to go.  i really just want to see if i see some of the old runners from last year.  i never see anyone now because i never run at the same time.

im also wearing the same running shoesLOL i was supposed to by sneakers 6 months ago for this season then the weather got bad and i took 2 months off and forgot about.  now im just waiting to see how long theyll last.

Havent lost any weight this week.
Did 16 miles, kept calories 1400 or under, did a few(not many) bodyweight workouts, still the same weight. smh
