I just ate some beans and rice and that's it. No meat. I'm trying to cut down on meat and processed foods just to see what differences I notice. I added salsa to the beans. Not what I'm used to but it was decent.

I like long hair videos and I like rambling...as long as the person can talk and their voice doesn't annoy me. The longer the video the more excited I get.

What I had in my last avi was a twist out using medium to small twists. What I did was similar to pineappling but I didn't secure my hair up. oh please do! sounds like you have hair like my mums...thick, coarse and pliable..I'm jealous! mine is pretty much the opposite--fluffy, fine/medium texture and porous.

Funny you mention possibly using a lighter hold styling product though...my hair laughs at that sh*t lol...I used elasta qp power gel for my set and the hold was great! I'm attempting a braidout this weekend...I'll post pics if I like the result.

I don't think my hair's pliable at all lol. It's stiff and as far from silky as you can get. It doesn't slide past each other easily. I think she's my hair twin.

Well I think hers is 4c but mine is 4b but the texture/feel is the same.

I'm on my phone so I can't see the video...her hair looks really thick though from the screencap..lol I don't think I've ever found my hair twin..I have like four different textures on my headLOL
