i think I'm just gonna work on myself and let ppl do what they're gonna do..
I'm just trying to help but I'm sure i come off like a know-it-all and am getting on ppls nerves.. i don't want anyone to feel uncomfortable about posting..
ppl just have no idea what they're doing/talking about
and i know a lot about supplements.. its vast world and i don't know even half of everything.. but i worked with them for over a year and I've been taught a lot. sometimes its subjective but sometimes its just.. not..
im gonna just do me though.. unless maybe someone asks for an opinion.
