been on the phone for 28 minutes! on hold.. she just came back to apologize again and was like, 'it does look like she messed up your flight.. good thing you checked on it'

shes from delta.. she said theyre on the phone with airfrance now seeing if they can get me back on that flight or another one... i know thats probably a problem too cus i booked through a 3rd party... not delta or airfrance. the mistake was made by someone from delta.. airfrance is probably like that was your fault..
i had to deal with them forever earlier.. theyre stick-up-their-ass jerks.
i cant see whats taking so long.. unless that flight is full and theres no more.
its 3:20am.. ive been on the phone trying to get various problems handled for 2 hours...
i could scream. im gonna have to go find a cigg.. or drink some of this crazily priced alcohol in the mini-bar
