why does everything have to be so difficult?
theyre really telling me that they cant transfer her ticket into my name... its a simple switch... i feel like i should have been more aggressive and demanding but i just dont really have it in me right now.. i spoke with a supervisor but i just wasnt hella bitchy like i shoulda been.
they said that given the circumstances (which i put on thick) they could issue a refund... but that will take 7-10 business days.. and i dont have that kinda time. you wanna give me the money back instead of a simple switch though??
the ticket was bought through an agency and i was talking to the airline.. so next im gonna try to talk to them.. the lady said she doubts they will transfer it (somethin about 9/11
) but maybe they'll have a quicker refund..
but the guy who organized the trip is away for the weekend and according to his sister in-law.. he probably wont be able to get me all the agency info until monday. she said she'd at least try to find out which agency..
