I think I've finally settled down into a routine fitness-wise and it's great but I really hate training my upper body so I've been neglecting it a bit...not good at all cherry. Disapprove

Find a routine that involves you doing more compound movements and less isolated

So for upper body, upright rows, bent over rows (reverse grip and normal grip)bench press, deltoid flyes and pec flyes

And you can work your arms doing 2 sets of curls and 2 sets of overhead extensions with dumbbells

thank you!! yeah I def need to start prioritising them a bit more...I like my arms and shoulders atm but I'm not about to risk getting injuries if they're not strong enough.

Yeah.

Don't forget good mornings for your lower back or back extensions.

Even if you are doing dead lifts

So if you train every other day, you can do it like this..

Lower body. Monday .. Off tues or cardio/abs Wednesday upper body Thursday as Tuesday, friday lower body Off Saturday &sunday

Upper body Monday off Tuesday or as before Wednesday lower body off Thursday or as Tuesday Friday as Monday

Something like that .. And the key is to stick to a routine for at least ten weeks before you change
