well my bad side felt it a little... 
but it wasnt like the other day when i took ballet 2.. i hurt worse with that and had to ice... but it felt stronger the next day.. idk which is really better/more beneficial.. slow and steady or a challenge.. 

i will try ballet 1 next which is inbetween.
i feel like a few weeks of that or ballet2 and my leg will be fine.. then ill be able to start with weights again (lightly).. i just need to be consistent. 

hows your working out going?

it's going well, I'm steadily increasing the weights when I get stronger and I'm noticing lasting results already.

lol you should go to bed, it's probably really late over there..remember sleep is important for muscle recovery.Smile

do you use ankle weights or do you just hold them?

its 3am here.. im sorta laying down but just not quite ready to fall asleep... i wish. Sleepy

I'm using adjustable dumbbells atm...never thought of ankle weights, I don't like doing donkey kicks but I might invest if I need to do other things.

ankle weights are great. 
i do lots of things with them.. like from simply going up the stairs, to holding my legs up at 90 degrees and pulsing up.. or a walking-type-squat.. or various other exercises that i cant quite explain or made up.. i do a lot of dance/barre type things with ankle weights too. you can get very creative with lots of leg things with ankle weights. 
i use dumbbells too though
