Just a tip: If you have are allergic/sensitive  to PPD, please look out for hair dyes that say they are PPD free. The alternative ingredient, Toulene-2,5 Diamine Sulfate (aka TDS) may also cause an allergic reaction.

Ion Color Brilliance just changed their entire hair color line to be PPD free, and TDS is the alternative ingredient. This is why a patch test is necessary, folks.

It has been about three months since my last color touch-up. Not sure if I want to stay with my current color, or not.

Unnatural colors have not been embraced by Indians as such. Whenever my hair is blue or pink I get a lot of looks and comments too. People like to talk to me about my hair and even ask to touch it! So unless you like a lot of attention, don’t go unnatural! Thin streaks here and there may be your best bet. Purples, plums and fire engine reds are the some of good hair colors for Indian skin that you could try on.
