it might not be water weight.. i know for my body it takes a short amount of time.. your muscle memory might be similar. 

yes i finally went to sleep for a few hours. 

i really need to be like you and get focused on my body.. but ive just been so lazy and feeling down.. 
i will make sure i go to a few classes this weekend.

i dont feel perked up i feel annoyed at what ive become..
thats just my own negativity though i guess.. i have high expectations for my body, strength, flexibility, and dance technique being that i danced and was really active in other ways from like 4-18.. my body and everything has never been this basic in my life.. injuries or not.  
i will try to be more positive though.
