I am eating, something is increasing my appetite and I don't know what it is. 
I thought it was the biotin for my hair but no one on bhm seems to have this experience.

well you are lifting, and working out, your body needs the fuel

you wantto grow, eat

add cottage cheese, peanut butter, increase your carbs by half a fist size

or dirty bulk
