The more I think about it the more I realize how glad I am I decided not to allow my child to live with this fool and his mama while I'm in school. If something were to happen to her I know I can protect her as much as I can but at the same time I have less of a chance of being able to if they were to try something like trying to get custody. 

He could easily rally up all his family against me whereas I wouldn't have anyone down there. At least if my baby is with my family while I'm staying on campus he has less of a chance of trying to use my child against me if he gets pissed off or some mess because I know how spiteful he can be at times.

as soon as I stepped foot in this apartment I knew this was a bad idea. I wanna be home with my mommy :(.

well, he is the dad.  does your family live near the campus? the ones who will have the baby or are they out of state?
