CC I took the plunge and blow dried my hair last night, I plan on flat ironing when i get off work. I'll have pics up some time this weekend. I've developed HIH syndrome all over again! I haven't had my hair this straight in so long I can't stop touching it!

Loving my hair feel so light after i blow dried and flat ironed didn't think i would love it or even apply heat but after reading the heat trained thread just had the urge. Stayed away from coconut oil though.

this kind of sucks.. Since i've started my MT regimen and baggying? my hair is thicker.. which means, as it grows? it doesn't "hang" like it did when it was thinner and had several bald spots. Plus it reverts  . i pulled the front hair down, and it comes to my chin. that's pretty long because i have a big head. But what good is it when it reverts to a 3" TWA? every style i have, just reverts - and i wind up looking like Orlando Jones. Well, i SHOULD be grateful to HAVE hair.. Though i can't style it, that's okay too.

well, this is interesting.. i told my SO that i'll wait until this morning to pre-poo because i'm on call all nite until 7:00 a.m.. at 6:00 a.m., he turns over in the bed and says: "Hey, babe, you can get up and do your pre-poo and d/c now. Then you'll still have time to go to the gym. They're not supposed to call you in at 6".

i dont understand how some of the women here wear their hair just out all the time. most of the time (when i do see them) their hair is just out in a fro. Maybe they know something i dont cuz I wear my hair out for only a few hours and its all dried and tangled. this weather is no joke for my hair...

This Nubian Heritage conditioner is way better than any of the Shea Moisture conditioner by far. What's up with that?
