Luving Miss Cleo! We been rockin and rollin on this hhj for 9 yrs and she's been such a goid girl! Trust, we have had our issues, but she always does right by me! Here's to another 9 yrs(pours some Exquisite Oil in hands a massages Cleo)!

I will be searching for a new conditioner tomorrow. I'm on my last treatment with the old one and want to try something else. Also, I need to find a new shampoo too.

my SO was sleeping in bed when i came out of the bathroom with my hair pulled back into a small bun with a scrunchie. for some reason, he woke up, looked at my head and smiled... he said: "Wow! i remember when you had to blow dry your hair to put it in a scrunchie. Now, you don't have to." He then proceeded to roll out of the bed, and inspect my edges, and my little poof, and said: "Good! it's looking healthy and it's soft!" He then proceeded to the bathroom to check out the breakage that used to be all over the bathroom floor after every take down. None.. just the small amount of shed hair that was in a little ball in the trash.. all i can say is: Thank you BHM and Black Strap molasses!

This stuff WORKS, ladies.. when you're young and your hair is already thriving.. thank your lucky stars.. but when you reach a certain age, and it's not? head over to the cooking aisle and get your black strap molasses..
i take it in the capsule form AND i drink it.
hell, just take it because it's good for you anyway.. an old white woman told me once:
What you do on one side of 50 will meet you on the other side of 50..
Take care of yourselves while you're young, this way, when you get older, you'll have a foundation already regarding your upkeep..
