I love her hair. I love braidouts but it takes way to much work for to take all those braids out. Happy Belated B-Day CC !

I wonder why the front part of my hair always gets so dry quicker...
It doesn't retain moisture as well as the rest of my hair... I wonder if anyone else experiences this.

okay..
this is month 1, that's i've started taking the (BSM) black strap molasses pills (one a day), + a cup of hot water mixed with 1 tsp. of BSM.
this works. whenever i did a take down, i had a handful of hair every 2 weeks (shedding/breakage?) Now it's down to about the size of a 50 cent piece - after my take downs at the same time.
after 50 years of age and peri-menopause, it's hard to retain a "head full of hair".. i thought that my hair would be "healthy but thin? with baggying, supplementation, diet&exercise - now this? i believe in 5 years, i will truly have a "head full of hair"..
this is specifically for the 4c types. these little tiny coils become more fragile with age.

never will wash my hair every week i was just drying my poor hair out my hair loves getting washed every 2 weeks and being moisturized 3 times during the 2 weeks. loving the pantene co-wash made my hair feel like silk soon as i put it on my hair just melted into my hair and didn't have to detangle at all that's a first for me my hair didn't get clean feeling like when i used wen or salon grafix more like using plain conditioner maybe i'll wash with black soap then use pantene co-wash cuz love the way it cut my hair washing time down. guess it's time for a heating bonnet since my hooded dryer went out.

Now, this one always makes me laugh...People claiming lengths like waistlength, but their hair/ends are sooo thin... Like hanging on by a thread? To'e-up from the flo' up as they say And you're claiming waistlength.
