*Random* Natural Hair Thoughts...please share

I have been natural for 2 years finally I did a tril took off about 3 inches of hair.

Is there a thread on hair types? I could have sworn I've seen it before but I can't find it anymore! Does anyone have a link?

black strap molasses is no joke.  i take it in the pill form and as a tea.  in the last 2 months, i've shed less hair than ever.  Thus, with this and baggying every night, i think i've finally "sealed the deal" on my hair regimen.

I used to take down a section of hair to rebraid, and had about 1/4 of that section in my comb and even more in my hand. my hair was always hard, breaking and fragile.

In the last two months, when i take down a section? there's hardly any in the wide tooth comb, my hair is always soft, there's nothing but a few shed hairs in my hand.

I kept bypassing the Black Strap Molasses thread in the Breakage section, because i thought i had SO much knowledge. Plus, i thought it was "just another bandwagon"..

it just shows that you can learn something new on BHM every day..

I musta really missed Curly Cleo and she me because we had a mini home coming love session. I rocked her in high puffs with double skinny headbands. I rocked her in high curly pompadour with different scarves. I rocked her all curly and ful with a red flower headband on Vday. She was just a pretty girl!

I'm going to pamper her on tomorrow. My 9th nappiversary will be coming up, so I'm contemplating how to wear her. I'm leaning toward straightening. Still thinking.

I want to try heat training. My hair never had the knots and tangles that it does now. But I stopped using heat in the first placed because I noticed that my ends started acting funny one day. I think that if  I took better care of my hair this time around while using heat then  I can still get good growth. I'm about to do some research
