me too. actually, i hate all things hair related on youtube b/c of things like that. if i bother to look at a vid, i have the volume off b/c of 'hi guys!' 'my unit' 'my last install' and the fake azz voices that some of the women put on. it is like they are scratching a chalkboard...Dead

Tatee, when you do hot oil treatments do you just put the oil in the microwave?

i was looking up which oils i should use (like for moisture or frizz or strength etc..) and it said dont put it in the microwave cus it kills the nutrients.. then i was like oh yea.. microwaves really do do that..

but putting it in a bottle then boiling seems like a lot..

sometimes i do if i dont want sit with a cap but just to warm it up.  i just get it warm enough that i can still apply it with my hands.  im not trying to pour a hot liquid over my headLOL  and im pretty sure i dont believe in putting nutrients on hair.
