Maybe ill try to sew in a wig? Hmm

I was just thinking this last night as I was washing my wig. But I'm able to maintain my hair under a wig better than I am with the sew-in, and my hair grow so nicely when I'm wigged up...I think imma just suck it up and keep wearing them til the end of summer.

just washed my hair

..all I did was 'pre-poo' (I put that in quotes cos I just used some conditioner and oil to make my hair softer and didn't rinse it out immediately..laziness but it made for a pleasant washLOL) and wash in 4 sections with shampoo

..I couldn't be bothered to do the rhassoul clay treatment even though it's amazing..maybe next time

i think she did a better job of explaining the product.  its not intended to leave the hair straight for 6 weeks.  what is does is coats the hair so that the coating lasts for 6 weeks or until you clarify the hair.  you just have a 6 week window to re-straighten your hair before it wears off.  im guessing its just a bunch of silicones coating the hair.

I haven't finished the video yet but I think it's probably safer to go from curly to straight than it is to go from kinky to straight. Curly to straight isn't such a big stretch  and you don't have so many thousands of bends and kinks getting flattened out.
