im thinking, after i finish this Silicon Mix, i probably wont repurchase another deep condition.  i really dont see the difference between using one and not so may i should just go with out.  i also never had a deep conditioner wow me and im not willing go through the expense and time it takes to find one that does.

Massaging my scalp and doing this inversion thing for 4-5 mins a day.
Keeping my fingers crossed that this hair fall out will subside

So, I considered doing an overnight treatment, but due to the recent hair fall out, that may be too much . I will do a 30-min treatment in the morning. Doing it slowly may be the the best course of action.

Conditioned with Yogurt, Honey and EVOO for about 1 1/2 hrs. Co-washed, m&s. Feels good to be on a reggie again.

My initial suspicions were true - my hair was dry! (Not damaged.  Thankfully, I didn't allow it to get that bad).

I'm a little bummed because this is a set-back; however, I'm thankful I didn't have to cut any of my hair off.  I just have to keep it oiled and moisturized (and as a person with fine hair, I'm not liking the way it looks with a bunch of oils and serums Ouch but, if it's what I have to do to restore my hair, it's what I have to do).

I've also purchased products per the recommendation of my stylist so that I can properly care for my hair in between my monthly visits.

Keeping up with massaging my scalp with Castor Oil, m&s. Spritzing with Aloe Vera juice as needed.GHE nightly (almost). Will rinse on Wednesday. I have about 1-inch of growth since last Henna on 8/16. Will hold out on Henna for another week.
