I need to cut off about 1" of dead ends if I want to let my hair grow. Trying to grow out my natural hair color  to BSB and gradually  trim off the bleached then dyed ends.

I really want to learn how to do Senegalese twists but I don't have the patience to sit there and practice until I can get it to where the twists stay without coming apart or loosening up. I don't want to have to spend $150 or better on getting them done either though. And the people who do them for cheaper than that usually don't do them that well and/or they start them off with braids first like how kinky twists are done.

Hoping to get back to BSL (currently APL) by the end of summer without any setbacks and maybe reach MBL around the end of 2013.

This chick is REALLY creeping me out.

I distinctly remember a thread where myself and a forum member named talia were talking about VITAMINS FOR HAIR GROWTH.

Guess who came into that thread and stated that vitamins were not necessary.  Preaching that we should get all of the nutrients and vitamins we needed from natural foods alone.  Which is totally impossible.

Talia, a few members and i definitely set Veemack - yes Veemack straight about taking vitamins, diet/exercise in order to obtain nutrients that can't be found in food.  You'd have to ingest a pounds of food for the nutrients required.  She realized she didn't know what the hell she was talking about and ran from the thread - as usual.

Lo and behold - about 6 months later? Veemanic-Depressive - has put on another "challenge" thread using other peoples research - as if she came up with the idea on her very own!!

Confused

gave myself a new protective style underneath my wig.

i take my hair and comb it all "up" then do a flat braid from the back and tuck it under.  Since i wear curly wigs, that bump in the front works well under the wig.  This will also take care of the "eternal" part i had down the middle of my head when i wore braids.

With this one flat braid there is no part, and it's under hand braided.  Which keeps the style flat.
