Great Job HunnyB!!!!!

Is the juice all you are drinking daily? And when you juice, are you juicing enough juice to last all day?

I just stepped on the scale and I'm down 40 pounds!! What the hell gives? I haven't worked out in over a week bc I felt burned out and needed a break. I fully plan to resume hitting the gym tomorrow. I am not sure how I feel just yet... I'm happy to be at another milestone but it's just that I hadn't done anything this week to get there and I step on the scale and I'm just.... There.... I won't complain too much though...

I guess I will make a list of veggies to juice next week... Or blend... Or both.....

Hey HunnyB... why can't you juice grapefruit and celery together?
I make nutriblasts almost everyday... and grapefruit and celery go in almost all of them... hope i'm not hurting myself ShockedLOL

eating a sleeve of thin mint girl scout cookies (640 calories). i will take a nap, then drink a protein shake and 2 boiled eggs, then do the 8 mile walk again. will drink another protein shake then will drink a green juice for dinner.

I worked out really well last week. I did a few reps of steps last night... 4 flights and might walk at least 3 miles tonight. my legs and feet are still on fire tho

Me and the boo just walked the trail that's literally in our backyard and I can count on one hand how many times we've walked in five years smh. It was a sweet walk, slow pace but so nice the first five minutes. We were about to die at the end so we cut through and sat our ass on the deck huffing and puffing.

both celery & grapefruit are diuretics so you'll be urinating really frequently if you use both in a juice.

If any1 wants to lose 2 to 3 inches in your waist this works! I'm going to slowly transition so that I can continue to lose, but not shock my digestive system.

Plan for next week

Bfast: Green smoothie with 4-5 strawberries & 1/2 a banana or mango

Lunch: Vegetable soup 

Snack: 1 -2 servings of cashews

Dinner: Green smoothie or light salad with a crumbled meatball



I'm about 50lbs. down since last year.... and my stomach is really flat from the juicing..
