Day 1
Juice:
6 Carrots
3 Celery
2 Green Apples
1/2 Broccoli crown

Day 2 (today)
Juice:
8 Kale leaves
3 Celery sticks
1 Green Apples
1 Cucumber


I feel pretty good....I was exhausted yesterday and had hunger headaches so I didn't go to the gym..BUT I'm going today...Combat Cardio and Upper body

To get some Protein I will juice this as well

 Spinach

A serving of spinach offers up a whopping 13 grams of protein, enough to keep you going for hours after you consume it. Spinach is great in casseroles, pastas, soups, salads and even by itself. Motivation:
Some background: I committed myself to a 7 day detox last week to remove all the bad toxins in my system and also remove my cravings for bad foods (this past month and a half I've been pretty bad >_<). It consisted of 3 fruit+veggie smoothies, veggie soups daily, hot tea daily, 128oz of water daily and workouts daily. I will be making a detailed blog on my day to day smoothies, workouts and etc during the 7 days by the end of this week on my site. THIS IS JUST THE BEGINNING & I STILL HAVE A WAYS TO GO. I kick start my clean eating with a detox and there will be more before and afters on my site as time progresses

so for dinner I had chicken chop suey (Caribbean style). Boiled corn and a coconut water. I did good today.
