Oh LOL .... I'm taking the relatively easy route and going with a sprint tri I just want to be able to say I can swim, run, and bike at once LoL .... I'm doing one in NC that's a 250 yd swim (in a pool), 9 mile bike, and 2 mile run .... I am NOT swimming in a lake lol

I believe I got a new job today in a place I love to spend most of the time. The museum but its got me thinking of all the black owned companies that my mom and I go to and get crap service and then in a few months they shut down. I wish I had the vision to open up a company where we as black people don't treat one another like were not black enough for there taste. It really gets on my tittays

Thanks Andrew Lessman, but you know what? That anti-oxidant that i bought for $90.00 for a 30 day supply is no longer on my radar.

But i can buy a mixture of antioxidants for 1/8th price at Swansons.com.
I don't care if your source of energy is from solar panels.. I'm sure the anti-oxidants are really not worth THAT much. To be honest, i'm sure i'm paying more for your solar panels, instead of the pills.
and your Evening Primrose capsules just got the boot, too.
