Also, I definitely believe most people's head hair has a terminal length.. I just think the majority of black girls will never reach their terminal length

You got a masters right? If you don't mind answering, how did you pay for it?

CC same question goes to you, how did you pay for it.
I'm applying to grad schools hoping to get a MS in statistics. All the advice I see online tells me about how to apply if I want a PhD (it would be free+stipend).. But I don't want to do that. I'm so confused. lol

LOL.. well... I, too, would recommend going the PhD route if possible for that reason

However, I "paid" for my sh*t by taking out the max amount of loans. I was only working part time (4 hrs per day for $10.50.. so that wasn't about to pay my rent and school). So yeah, I lived off refund checks.

Now I owe 1 million dollars.

Not to discourage you though. I'm sure there are some scholarship opportunities out there? By this is why I strongly believe my procrastination is SOOOOO pathological and it's the worst negative coping skill ever.

I've done some major damage in my life by being a procrastinator and not being fond of change (for ex. avoiding the stress of looking up other ways to pay for school, or moving out of state and getting a PhD for free etc)

I'm with LB. Go for free and get that PhD! Get paid to learn CR and do it relatively debt free. You earned it.

Loans and family support are how I pay for school. For direct practice, a PhD wouldn't help me so msw was the way to go. If I ever go back, I am not paying for it.Stern Smile

It's ok, I'll probably owe 2 millionCryUnhappy
The problem is, I don't want to be in school that long, also I'm not planning on going into Academia so I was told a PhD could actually hold me back (not sure how true that is). I can get itno a better schoo if I don't apply to PhD programs.

I hope I can wheasel my way into a research assistanship, or become a TA/grader. Also, I hear private schools give more grants. IDK idk
