i like tough workouts too but i dont wanna burn too many calories.. 

i wanna just focus on weights and strengthening 
i think i do better in a real class too.. i push myself more. 

i realized that i need to clean my room in order to do all that jumping then laying then push upping.. 

im gonna get the reg weights and ankle weights and do a few things.. 15 minutes straight will be the goal.
ill set a timer.

coco Ill post some links later that are less cardio based. Im just trying to shred that layer of fat that I got by half ass working out.

thanks PG. i wanna shred fat too.. i cant just be good with a flat stomach and jiggly (although slim) thighs.. but im just scared of looking too skinny.. the girl in your vids.. i like how her thighs are toned yet kinda big..

and dumbells i can only find one 20lb and one 25lb..

PG we should be workout buddies.. i know you dont need no help lol but i could use a partner 
i KNOW once i get into the flow of it and it becomes a regular thing for me again.. it'll be no problem. 
i usually feel good afterwards but i suck with consistency.. especially starting out. 
when i worked around hella fitness junkies it was just a way of life 

which protein powder are you using now? 
do you use a pre-workout?

okay im about to get some work done.. ill aim for an hour straight. 
then ill do some more exercising.. 

i made a regimen/goal for the day as far as exercises.
