gawd i hope these people im on hold with arent assholes..
i have an extra like $80 of charges on this bill that i shouldnt have... i wasnt told about all these lil fees.
ive been on hold so idk if hes asking a supervisor or what but im not feeling too positive.. i should have gone in somewhere.. i usually can make great things happen in person.. the phone is so different.
although i have turned on a cry voice before when i missed my flight and was trying to get on another flight and avoid paying like 600 (extra) on a nonrefundable/transferrable flight.
i got it done of course but this is a lil different..
