Hey Natty, sorry to hear your not feeling good. I just googled hypothyroidism and i rly wouldnt worry to much. It affects older women and has a very slow onset. My mom actually had it and developed a tumor on her thyroid around age 40. A lot of the symptoms attributed to it can be part of any hormone imbalance, for reals i have a lot of those symptoms too. (always being cold, digestion problems, acne, etc)
Sooooooo in the meantime try not to worry :(
im the same way, but in reality, we are young vibrant healthy women and probably wont be dealing w/ serious health issues for many years. If it helps tho, try looking out for a thyroid medication. I got one for $10 at local health store called Thyroid Support, you dissolve it 3x a day in your mouth and it helps w/ all those lame symptoms!!! (coldness, fatigue, mood, metabolism) i can tell a difference on days i take it.

Thank you. However, it is a pressing issue in my life right now. My symptoms are so severe they are interfering with my everyday life. I can honestly say at 22 years old right now, I feel about 80. No even exaggerating. It even gives me random body pains that keep me from being able to lift things or walk at times. My brain doesn't even function properly anymore; I have NO short-term memory. At all. (I know it's not a hormone imbalance, because I've been working to keep my hormones balanced this whole past year, and my symptoms of imblanaces don't present this way at all' I'm even sure to cleanse every three months just to be on the safe side!) I have had every symptom for as long as I can remember, and it's only gotten worse over time. Yes, it does occur more often in older women, but often goes undiagnosed in younger children. For all I know, it could have slowly been developing over the past ten+ years.
Also, it's causing me to be incredibly sick. I've had a constant cold/virus/whateverthehellelse since mid-October. If you've ever been sick for that long a time period, you would know how drained I feel doing any little thing (I haven't been online lately because I'm too tired to sit at the computer).
Thanks for the suggestion. I'm probably going to try something like that after I get my thyroid tested within the next few months. I'd rather get it tested before trying anything just to be safe (I'd rather not do anything to accidentally send me into hyperthyroidism! Haha!) ^^;
ON A LIGHTER NOTE...
I measured my butt for the first time in months (I was getting discouraged at so many gym visits and no measurable growth). I'm FINALLY over 40" again! About 40.25"! I know it's not much, but it's been so hard to get over the 40" hump, this really is great news to me! I can finally see being able to reach my 41" summer goal in time!
Also, my thighs are a little over 22" now (I think they were 21" before). So HOPEFULLY I'll be able to get to 23" or so eventually!
