I was actually carrying my little cousin to school yesterday (the bus didn't come so we had to walk it) and boy was it a workout and a half!LOL 

I dunno how someone who looks so little can be so heavy and solid lol.



My neighbor has a 30 lb terrier you have to like squat down and grunt to pick it up :p (the dog grunts a lil too cuz shes so big) its easy to underestimate their size

Haha and what are you doing carrying a kid whos old enuff to go to school :) your gonna spoil him!

hey babaygurl i cut out all bread, meat and sugar. only had water to drink beside a post workout soy protein shake. i took detoxilean from swansons vitamins which has milk thistle in it. i really didn't want to lose weight but that's a given so i lost 5 lbs and 1 inch of booty. so have alot to do to get back to where i was AND go beyond to reach my goal but i want to be more organic and natural so wanted to start the year with a detox. positive side is my belly is reeeel flat now

Oh wow thats such a commitment im envious of your self-discipline !! For all that cutting back i dont think your weight loss is anything to worry about, after a few days of eating a lil heavier i wouldnt be surprised if that inch on your bum came right back! And im sooooooo happy you got results in your waist its really cool how cutting out sugar directly impacts and slims down your tummy (and im sure youre feeling a lot better physicallly!)
