i cant believe I am 120 right now. A year ago I was 130

I wanna be 130-135 ... I started my weight gaining again. Eating 2500-3000 calories a day

Try a mass gainer. I am currently using Optimum Nutrition Serious Mass and it has 1250 cal per 2 scoops but only 40 cal from fat. It is loaded with vitamins and nutrients for your body and muscles and the best part is you can buy it in bulk. 12 lbs for around $45.

im literally days/ weeks away and have all the applications in my hand. S O   E X C I T E D!!!!!!!

Not to sound bitchy but i really can't wait until all these wannabes leave the gym for people who actually work out CONSISTENTLY and not just when the new year come. Same sh*t,EVERY year! I can't wait until febuary is here,espeically march! and for all ya'll that TEXT while sitting on a machine or hogging weights! Die slow..ain't nobody got time for that! Work out at home if you gon' be doing all of NOTHING wasting space!

Anyone in need of a good appetite enhancer, Apetamin is really good. Makes you a little drowsy so taking it at night is best and Im usually fine by the morning after my coffee

Too bad I dont have the money to keep up with my appetite right now. Ill have to wait til next week to seriously start my weight gain challenge again
