I feel like I lost a lot of the muscle tone I had gained from Jan 2012 - Jul 2012

My goal for 2013 is definitely learning how to balance college life with a regular workout regime

Im def going to reach 43 inches on my booty in febuary my body is LUVIN this maca and smith machine lol. Feeeeeelllls soooooooo good to find a routine that works but its sooooooo strict sometimes x0 cant wait to have my dream body so i can focus on other areas of life :-)



Im also going to start messing around with visualization. Was watching a really good documentary last night on food and weight loss. This (really hawt) guy who had lost 200lbs was saying how important it is to visualize the body u want vs what u dont want. So before sleep and during the day when im relaxed i'll imagine my perfect body (not too far of at this point). Its fun once u get over feeling selfish n maybe a lil guilty for fantasizing, but oh well we all live once :) better to be happy and go after goals than sit around complaining.....


In my visualization i have a pink sequin bikini on for whatever reason. The subconsious is funny :p

I want my shape back!!! I miss my 38F-27-41 body! My waist is like 33 now! YUUUUCK! I've been so stressed this year but I'm going to make 2013 the year that I come back! I'm putting down the Whoppers and picking up the weights! I WILL get my body back!!!!!

I used to TEAR UP some Burger King. My family called me Burger King and I used to take my cousins there all the time. I literally used to never buy groceries during those two months. Just BK, the occassional Subway visit, Caribbean food for many of my dinners and whatever I got at corner stores when I went on the road. I of course looked like a superhero so I didn't try to eat better but then I got that "adult sense" and got sick of eating junk. Now I rarely eat junk, eat healthy microwavable food (my ass can't cook) and fruit and vegetables. It's been good so far.
