Just found out according to my BMI I'm obesed. I was likeCensored. I think right now I am very healthy and loving my body for the first time.

i'd be like nicca pleeez! i look guuud honey. the most important thing is actually your waist size i was reading any article about how that predicts heart health better

Went to the gym last night to have an arm workout day. I'm actually so excited for my butt workouts, as exhausting as they are, that all I wanted was to hop on the butt machines! Haha! I've found that the hydromassage at my gym is AMAZING at getting rid of after-workout pains COMPLETELY! No matter how hard I push myself during a workout, if I finish up with a hydromassage for ten minutes, I never get sore muscles (except my back, but I have back problems anyway). So excited for my workout tonight! also, red light therapy seems to be working. My corset scars are going away, and my skin is SO SOFT! <3

I've been using Magnesium Citrate to try to completely cleanse my colon, and so far I'm on day two. Most people seem to get a complete cleanse the first time, but my progress is slower. :( It's either because I'm so backed up that it's just gonna take a few times, or there's actually something wrong with my muscles or something. We'll see. But I already see a HUGE difference in the size of my stomach! It's so amazing! I'm definitely going to have a beautiful, flat stomach by the time this is all through. I'm well on my way already (although I've still got quite a ways to go). You can use Magnesium Citrate liquids for up to five days in a row, so I might have to try it for five days straight if I can't get enough progress. Then I'll take a break, and try it again.

I spent all morning looking at old pictures of myself, and I'm so disgusted. Even as flat as my stomach is right now, I'm still much more bloated than I used to be just a year or two ago. I went from a completely flat stomach to slowly building up a buldge in my lower belly. It's so unattractive, and I hate ever showing my stomach for this reason. I found some adorable belly shirts at Wal-Mart, but am afraid to get one in case I'm not thin enough by summer. :(:(:(

3 weeks of a low cal diet= 1 inch of my waist and my butt. So f***** pissed. I feel like this whole year has been for nothing.
When I do decide to bulk up again it will probably just add fat to my stomach and I will be back to square 1.
Really tired of working so hard, spending money, dieting/ supplementing and hating my body.

Wooooo, I worked out my bum today! I did hip thrusts, butt bridges, box squats, leg presses, side lunges, and side hip abductions all weighted with at least 30 pounds to start.


I immediately drank my protein drink (had to use water since I ran out of milk. Bleh! Tasted weird!) and later felt a little sick. But eating some jollof rice cured that quickly so it seems I do better eating solids right after a work out. I won't abandon the protein shake, though!
