Oh yeah and im basically going to drop all my body-type plans except nbe :0 gotta lose 20 lbs of fluff :) going back on my hardcore aerobic regimen that burns like 500 calories an hour ( hiking and trail running).

Im just curious, whats the big difference arent they all teaching you the same things?

LOL! No girl! Not at all Embarrassed The ACE handbook is known to have outdated information & covers topics very broadly. The test is only hard because they will give you multiple correct answers but want you to answer the one THEY say (bad teaching) Dead other than that it's easy! My ex-boo wasn't the sharpest pencil in the box & passed first try Nuke 

EDIT: If your doing the independent thang,it really doesn't matter! Clients could care less where you get yo' ish they just want a good PT LOL & you can still get work as an ACE cert but most gyms,24hr for example require a NASM certfication. If you wanna go above & beyond & get on TV shows talking about this is how you perform a proper squat LOL you need that ACSM underneath your name...hard af to pass but cheap!

Lol ok good glad im not the only one who thinks like this Big smile That is basically what i gathered from like 20 min of googling too, if you want to just do personal training Part Time and dont want to work in a gym, then certs arent too important. I have read something about ACE's books being outdated on bodybuilding.com, but thought it was just someones opinion. Hmmmmmmmm i have some researching to do :/

OK, so on Wed. and Thursday (Thanksgiving), I didn't work out but for the past two days I've been on it. I feel good and I'll make sure all that Thanksgiving food I ate...and will still be eating doesn't show up on my 6 pack.
