I just picked the wig I want to order and I don't know what to ask in terms of density.
It's a Kim K style wig, glueless, lace top, 16 inches, 100% indian remy, YAKI
Now I understand that you're supposed to ask for one density for the hairline and another density throughout for it to look realistic. Can you help me? What should I ask for?

you're wearing this behind your hairline?  i'd go with something like 70% at the hairline and temples, 80% top and sides, 100% at the crown, back and nape.    IMO.

That was what I used to do when I had hair.  Now that I don't my units tend to be extremely light at the hairline, even lighter at the temples.

I'm not wearing it behind the hairline because I'm natural and my hair won't be pressed. It will be right at the hairline.

The lady I talked to suggest 100% throughout but that doesn't seem right to me. When I told her I wanted the hairline to be a different density, she said 90% at the least... Does density differ depending on the vendor?

right at the hairline....with a stocking cap?    100% is too much...tho she prolly suggested that because the cap is glueless.  I don't know why but vendors want to make glueless with heavy hairlines.

I'd still do a lighter density at the hairline.  Since it will rest right on your hairline I think u should do 80% then tweeze the hairline if u need to.  U can still brush your babyhurrs up a lil bit to blend with the hair.
