Now I've been using Queens for two years. I just got some installed Saturday and I am pissed. The hair is thin, tangled right out the package and the ends were dry and brittle. Looks like ill be finding a new vendor smh.

Yes they are falling off which is a shame cause I love their hair. I performed a deep condition on the ends with egg yolk, honey and olive oil and the hair looks much better, ill do this once a week and hopefully I can keep the hair in for awhile. I'm sure going to hate researching new vendors though.

If its any constellation I notice thathe longer the hair the dry the ends. My 16, 18, 30 20 and even 24 were fine. But my 26 and 28 ends looked fried and over processed. So the key may be to stay under 24 inches and you should be fine.

I ordered some last month and have had mine in for three weeks. So far I have not had any issues at all. (Perhaps I lucked out) Nothing but compliments. As soon as I figure out how to post pics I will!
