As many of you know, I have purchased several
lace wigs from several Chinese vendors over the years, but I settled on,
and I have most frequently recommended, QDHairBeauty. But I think today I've decided I am SO OVER THEM due to poor customer service.
All of the vendors of
lace wigs mess up now and again, and all suppliers of human hair, IMHO,
are dropping quality. I have come to expect that much. HOWEVER. As a
loyal customer to one vendor, and having an order in for three (three!)
items, I expect the common courtesy of a RESPONSE to repeated VERY
POLITE emails asking when to expect my LATE, past the promised date,
order. This b.s. of ignoring me when there is a problem has happened
before with them to me, and I am done with this treatment.
Off to search for a new vendor. I should not need to email a million times and go thru a Paypal dispute or something TO GET AN EMAIL! Geez.
